**What You'll Do**:

- Match U.S. shippers with reliable carriers
- Negotiate competitive freight rates
- Track & trace shipments to ensure smooth delivery
- Handle issues proactively and professionally
- Build relationships with clients and carriers

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in U.S. freight brokerage/logistics OR BPO/KPO (international voice process)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Willingness to work **night shifts** aligned with U.S. time zones
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
