**SOFODEL** is a creative digital marketing and web development company that transforms ordinary brands into _viral legends_. We provide end-to-end digital solutions including website development, Google & social media ads, SEO, branding, and more. We're on the lookout for smart and driven **Sales & Marketing Executives** who can take our services to the right audience and close high-impact deals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, businesses, professionals)
- Follow up and convert leads into clients
- Create and execute local and digital marketing strategies
- Maintain CRM data, track leads, and report performance
- Collaborate with design and tech teams to create proposals and presentations
- Represent SOFODEL in webinars, events, and client meetings

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services is a plus (training will be provided)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
- Confident in pitching and closing deals (B2B preferred)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and social media platforms
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready to hustle
