**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**: Create and execute effective marketing plans to promote mutual fund products and services.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing marketing support and resources.
- **Content Creation**: Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute promotional events, seminars, and webinars to engage potential and existing clients.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: MBA or Commerce Graduate.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in the mutual fund industry.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of mutual fund products, market trends, and financial regulations.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
