Job Summary:

We are hiring Marketing Executive Head for our Brand Aadya Sanitary Napkin in Guwahati. The role involves promoting the brand, meeting sales targets, and conducting field activities. Candidates must have good communication skills and be open to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote and market Aadya Sanitary Napkin products through fieldwork, campaigns, and awareness programs.

· Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, NGOs, and institutions.

· Organize promotional activities, events, and product demonstrations.

· Collect feedback and market insights to support strategic planning.

· Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets.

· Submit regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes

Qualifications and Skills:

· Masters' Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field preferred.

· Must have 3-5 years of experience

· Strong communication skills

· Confident, outgoing, and target driven approach

· Willing to travel for fieldwork and promotional events

· Ability to work independently and as in a collaborative environment.
