We're looking for a Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our online ad campaigns, expand our LinkedIn marketing presence, and support email marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube)
  • Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Plan and execute Linkedln Ads campaign
  • Conduct keyword and audience research, and analyze competitor campaigns.
  • Write persuasive ad copies and collaborate on landing page optimization for better conversions.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Assist in basic email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar tools) for client engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Linkedln Ads and campaign optimization
  • Basic understanding of email marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve ROI.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking and performance optimization
  • Basic understanding of SEO and CRM tools (preffered)
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
