Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a background in travel sales or travel agency operations (specialized in Domestics packages) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of work experience in the travel industry and be fluent in English, Hindi, and Assamese. A graduation in Travel and Tourism is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, tourists, and corporate offices.

  • Promote and sell tea tour packages to schools, travel agencies, hotels, corporate offices etc.

  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and products.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in travel sales or travel agency operations.

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese is essential.

  • Graduation in Travel and Tourism is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for the travel industry.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
