
Sales Executive

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional client segment
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in institutional clients
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to address their requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue from institutional clients
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for business growth
- Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements with institutional clients, ensuring favorable terms for the organization
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and address client concerns effectively
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase products/services and value propositions to institutional clients
- Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, track progress, and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand the organization's presence and prospect for new business
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product/service offerings and promotional activities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Provide feedback and insights from institutional clients to contribute to product/service enhancements and innovation
- Adhere to ethical and compliance standards in all sales activities and interactions
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
