Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager (Sales), you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through our financial products and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Your key tasks will include:
- Customer Engagement & Sales
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and chats to explain Enrich Money's products (demat accounts, investment tools, etc.).
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Convert leads into active clients by addressing queries and building trust.
- Demat Account Onboarding Support
- Assist customers in opening demat accounts by explaining documentation, KYC processes, and platform features.
- Follow up with clients to ensure successful account activation and resolve any issues.
- Relationship Building & Retention
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to offer portfolio updates, market insights, and new service offerings.
- Upsell/cross-sell additional products (e.g., mutual funds, stockbroking) based on client profiles.
- Target-Driven Performance
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for demat account sign-ups and revenue generation.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in Finance, Business, or related fields (preferred).
Excellent communication/presentation skills (English + [Regional Language]).
Basic knowledge of stock markets, demat accounts, and mutual funds.
Persuasive, patient, and customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
