Technical Recruiter

• A technical recruiter identifies, screens, and hires candidates for technical and IT roles by crafting job descriptions, sourcing talent on various platforms, conducting interviews to assess technical skills, and negotiating job offers. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements, building talent pipelines, and staying updated on tech trends to attract and place highly skilled professionals.
• Core Responsibilities
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing online job boards, social media (like LinkedIn), professional networks, and niche tech platforms (such as Stack Overflow and GitHub) to find qualified candidates for technical roles.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conducting pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the position.
• Job Description Development: Writing compelling and accurate job descriptions that highlight technical requirements and appeal to top tech talent.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand the specific technical skills and requirements needed for each open position.
• Negotiation & Offer Management: Managing the offer process, including negotiating terms, and facilitating the final stages of hiring.
• Talent Pipeling: Building and maintaining a strong network of tech professionals to create a pool of potential candidates for future roles.
• Market Awareness: Staying informed about current technology trends, products, and emerging technologies to better understand market needs and identify relevant talent. Key Skills
