  • Core Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing online job boards, social media (like LinkedIn), professional networks, and niche tech platforms (such as Stack Overflow and GitHub) to find qualified candidates for technical roles.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conducting pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the position.
  • Job Description Development: Writing compelling and accurate job descriptions that highlight technical requirements and appeal to top tech talent.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand the specific technical skills and requirements needed for each open position.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management: Managing the offer process, including negotiating terms, and facilitating the final stages of hiring.
  • Talent Pipeling: Building and maintaining a strong network of tech professionals to create a pool of potential candidates for future roles.
  • Market Awareness: Staying informed about current technology trends, products, and emerging technologies to better understand market needs and identify relevant talent. Key Skills
