Core responsibilities

  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Client support: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Needs assessment: Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams.

  • Internal coordination: Work with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met and that deliverables align with client expectations.

  • Service delivery: Coordinate the delivery of products and services and ensure they meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client activities, performance, and revenue to both the team and clients.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and internal teams.

  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are needed to diagnose issues and find effective solutions.

  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport, handle difficult conversations calmly, and work effectively with others. Organization: Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is often required.

  • Industry knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services is a significant asset.
