Key responsibilities include executing promotional campaigns, collaborating with other departments like marketing and logistics, ensuring a positive customer experience, and reporting on performance metrics.

  • Core responsibilities

  • Manage online sales and platforms: Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website and marketplaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Develop and implement strategies: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to drive traffic and sales.

  • Optimize product listings: Ensure all product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing, is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.

  • Analyze performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate with other departments: Work closelywith marketing, logistics, merchandising, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations from order fulfillment to customer service.

  • Manage inventory: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.

  • Handle promotions: Develop and implement promotional offers and campaigns to boost sales.
