Admin cum Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing (both physical and digital).
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage office assets, stationery, and maintenance schedules.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and handle travel arrangements.
- Support HR in maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and joining formalities.
- Handle incoming calls and visitors in a professional manner.
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or relevant software.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits and record submissions.
- Maintain petty cash and prepare daily expense reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in admin and accounts roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,242.48 per month
