Crest Climbers Software Solutions is a fast-growing technology company specializing in smart solutions across IoT, automation, and digital transformation. We develop scalable IoT platforms and SaaS products for smart parking, asset tracking, energy management, and connected devices.
As part of our expansion, we are looking for dynamic marketing professionals to strengthen our presence in the IoT and industrial automation market.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies for IoT and technology products.
- Lead Generation: Manage targeted campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads) to generate B2B and enterprise leads.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and identify potential clients/partnerships.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with designers/writers to produce case studies, whitepapers, product videos, blogs.
- Product Positioning: Define value propositions and messaging in collaboration with product and sales teams.
- Event & Expo Management: Represent the company at IoT tech expos, conferences, and webinars.
- Partnership Development: Build collaborations with hardware vendors, IoT platform partners, and solution providers.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and report KPIs using Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 2–6 years of experience in IoT, Industrial Automation, or Technology Product Marketing.
- Strong understanding of the IoT ecosystem (devices, sensors, platforms, cloud, analytics).
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Campaigns).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing funnels and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing IoT solutions such as smart parking, smart homes, fleet management, or energy systems.
- Prior experience with startups or SaaS companies.
- Creative and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Basic technical knowledge of IoT sensors, gateways, cloud APIs.
