- Responsibilities
- E-commerce Platform Management: Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website and online marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, and content.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize product listings and website content for search engines (SEO) and implement pay-per-click (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Inventory & Operations: Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and manage order processing.
- Customer Experience: Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, monitor feedback, and provide timely support.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, logistics, and IT teams to execute campaigns and ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Marketing & SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions and technologies.
- Business Acumen: Familiarity with online marketplaces, payment gateways, and order management systems.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,120.39 per month
