**WANTED E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE**:
At _**GALAXY INCORPORATION**_ we’re looking for a talented E-Commerce Executives to help maximise potential across our store site. You’ll be working with a dedicated team of developers and designers, as well as marketeers to form a strong action plan and make adjustments where needed.

As we’re currently in a growth phase, this will be a great opportunity to try out different approaches and grow alongside the business.

**E-Commerce Executive Responsibilities**:

- Regularly review and analyse site performance, with a focus on conversion.
- Test and try different designs to improve qulaity in production.
- Hold regular meetings with designers and developers to ensure on-site content is set up with UX and conversion goals in mind.
- Manage and work with our E-Commerce team for the best possible performance to get better ahievements.
- Collaborate with marketing on content calendars to ensure relevant products are being pushed.
- Regularly research market trends and changes to adjust website and products accordingly.
- Create and present regular performance reports.
- Assist developers with optimising site performance in terms of website speed or linking.

**E-Commerce Executive Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an E-Commerce role.
- Ability to manage a small team of E-Commerce executives.
- Basic development understanding.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends.
- Tech background is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of optimisation techniques for features like site speed.
- A degree or similar qualification in Digital Marketing or a related field is a bonus.
- year of experience - 4 - 5 years in E- commerce field and Product listing (preferred)
- Salary - 25000- 50000 based on your skills

**LOCATION**:
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kilpauk, Chennai - 600010, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
