RR Pillai's Agro Exim Pvt Ltd, a leading player in the food and agro industry, we looking for a dynamic E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online presence across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring an excellent online shopping experience for customers. Whether you're a fresher with a strong interest in ecommerce or have up to 1 year of experience, we invite you to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly review and optimize product pages to improve visibility and conversions.
- Ensure all product details (descriptions, prices, images, and specifications) are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory management to ensure products are available.
- Analyze sales performance and optimize product listings for better visibility.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and returns professionally.
- Provide timely and professional support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to run promotions and ads.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce software and content management systems (CMS).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in the food and agro industry is a bonus.
