We are now seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager – Industry Solutions to spearhead our customer acquisition and growth strategy. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge technology, industry insights, and customer needs to create long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and target enterprises in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, utilities, and service sectors. Build a healthy pipeline of decision-makers through outreach, networking, and partnerships.

  • Consultative Sales & Customer Conversion

Drive the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to demos, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures. Use a consultative approach to map customer pain points with our solutions.

  • Industry Expertise

Build domain knowledge in IoT, predictive analytics, ERP integration, asset & order tracking, quality testing automation, and digital workplace solutions. Position Crest Climbers as a trusted industry advisor.

  • Solution-Based Selling

Present and demonstrate solutions such as Orion (order & support management), Aqua (service automation), CrestParkz (parking automation), ConnectR (enterprise collaboration), and TruckEase (fleet management) to showcase tangible business impact.

  • Market Analysis

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine go-to-market strategy. Provide actionable insights for product and business teams.

  • Relationship Management

Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives, operations managers, and IT decision-makers. Act as the face of Crest Climbers in customer accounts.

  • Collaboration & Marketing Strategy

Work closely with internal teams to craft impactful pitch decks, case studies, and marketing campaigns. Drive brand presence via events, digital marketing, and industry forums.

  • Performance & Reporting

Own sales KPIs including pipeline velocity, conversion ratio, and revenue targets. Provide regular forecasts and performance updates to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or IT. MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years proven B2B sales experience in IT/software/enterprise solutions, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IoT, ERP, predictive analytics, automation, and enterprise SaaS offerings.
  • Experience in selling to manufacturing, automotive, logistics, and service-driven industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and modern sales tools.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
