- Key responsibilities
- Program implementation: Implement and monitor program activities in the assigned cluster, which may involve managing a team of facilitators, educators, or other field staff.
- Stakeholder engagement: Act as a liaison between the project and community members, local government officials, and other relevant stakeholders, building strong relationships and partnerships.
- Monitoring and reporting: Track progress, collect data (often through mobile applications), and prepare reports, including monthly and annual reports, success stories, and MIS analytics.
- Capacity building: Support the capacity building of stakeholders, which can include conducting training sessions or providing mentorship.
- Logistics and administration: Oversee administrative tasks such as securing permissions, managing a budget, and ensuring the repair or maintenance of assets.
