Reports To: HR Manager / Director

Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, attendance management, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and supports organizational growth by maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.

Support in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

Coordinate performance appraisal processes and HR audits.

Support management in HR reporting and analytics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.

1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles (freshers with good communication may apply).

Knowledge of HR Screening ,job Portal, Job Posting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Excel, HRMS, etc.).

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Working Hours: 10 Hour
