Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand

workforce needs and help attract top talent aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments.

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and career portals.

Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and headhunting.

Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process for selected candidates.

Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (X years) as a recruiter, preferably in [industry/sector].

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.

Familiarity with job portals, professional networking sites, and ATS systems.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions and meet tight deadlines.
