We're looking for visionary Restaurant Chefs to join our founding team and lead everything from menu innovation to kitchen setup as we scale across markets.
What You'll Do
Design and lead health-focused QSR menus that are flavorful, scalable, and exciting
Collaborate with nutritionists to develop functional, wholesome recipes
Build, train & inspire kitchen teams to deliver consistency and quality
Set up and standardize kitchen operations, systems, and workflows
Partner with suppliers to source fresh, sustainable ingredients
Lead product trials and market rollouts across India and UAE
What We're Looking For
Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management / Food Technology
5–8 years of experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role (QSR / health-based concepts preferred)
Strong grasp of nutrition, menu engineering, and process optimization
Entrepreneurial mindset — hands-on, adaptable, and hungry to build something new
