Job responsibilities :

  • Shift supervisor provides direct oversight of the Project Management facility and work with related groups regarding day to day operations.

  • Running Production area
  • Arrange daily production
  • Review and prepare sufficient resource for production order on next day
  • Monitor the whole production process to ensure product quality, ensure product completed safely and timely
  • Monitor the raw material providing status for production and feed back to production assistant
  • Provide training to batch makers and lead batch makers to complete production order efficiently
  • Check if the equipment/utility is in good condition, including HSD mixers, mills, dust collector, ventilation, ground line
  • Feedback the common intermediate requirement to product assistant
