  29. Provide ongoing training and support to team members to improve performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in factory or production supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.

  • Proficient in data recording and entry, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and handle machine breakdowns.

  • Familiarity with health, safety, and compliance regulations.
