Job Title: Airjet Looms Weaving Shift Supervisor

Location: Naroli, Surat

Shift Supervisor - Day Shift

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Shift Management: Supervise and manage the day shift operations of the Airjet Looms Weaving department, ensuring smooth production processes.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train a team of loom operators, ensuring they meet production targets and adhere to safety and quality standards.

3. Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure that the finished products meet established quality standards.

4. Production Planning: Collaborate with the Production Manager to plan and schedule production orders, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.

5. Machine Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of weaving machinery to prevent downtime and delays.

6. Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety procedures and protocols, and actively participate in maintaining a safe workplace.

7. Reporting: Maintain shift reports, including production output, machine performance, and any incidents or issues that may arise during the shift.

8. Resource Management: Monitor and control the use of resources, such as raw materials and manpower, to optimize productivity.

9. Problem Solving: Address any operational issues or conflicts that arise during the shift and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in têxtiles or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in the operation of airjet looms and supervisory roles in a weaving industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of weaving processes, machinery, and têxtile production.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
