Job Summary:

We are looking for a Support Resource with a solid understanding of systems such as CRM and related platforms, to provide operational and technical assistance to the Tango Team. The role involves report generation, data management, issue resolution, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use Power BI to generate P&L reports from runtime cubes in Tango format (excluding LFL).
  • Perform monthly file uploads in Tango (approx. 2,500 files) and add new store files when applicable.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Tango Team, managing requests through a ticketing system and meeting SLA timelines.
  • Document processes, conduct testing, and support production activities.
  • Coordinate with the Tango Product Team on project-related requirements and issue resolutions.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a support or system operations role.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting (P&L).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
