Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing various HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources practices. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support our workforce.
Qualification:-
- Must have a Bachelor's degree.
- Must have own laptop and good wifi network.
- Must be proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Must have an experience of 0-2 years.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance.
- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to align HR goals with organizational objectives.
- Oversee workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and utilize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Lead recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates for various positions.
- Collaborate on project management initiatives related to HR functions.
- Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure documentation compliance.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related
- matters.
- Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities, events, and training
programs.
- Administer leave and attendance records and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal use.
- Support the performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
- Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and collaboration across teams.
