Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Trainee. The Human Resources Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting HR management, documentation and overseeing personnel management. The trainee will gain hands-on experience and training in various aspects of human resource functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams
  • Help facilitate onboarding and documentation for new hires
  • Maintain internal HR records and databases
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and team events
  • Draft offer letters, internship certificates, and other HR communications
  • Research and contribute to policy development and process improvements

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
  • Skills in Personnel Management are essential
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant experience or internship in an HR role is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and documentation
  • Well-versed with Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS tools is a bonus
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Internship Details
