
Lead Generation Executive

Were seeking an enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive (Fresher) to support our sales team by generating and qualifying new business leads. This role is perfect for someone eager to kickstart a career in sales and marketing, with hands-on training and real-world experience in outreach, data management, and CRM-based workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential prospects across industries using online tools and platforms
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, email campaigns, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Qualify leads based on given criteria and update lead status accordingly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead generation strategies
- Report daily and weekly lead generation activities and outcomes to supervisors

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic digital communication tools
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles or CRM systems like HubSpot, Z
