Role Overview
As a
Field Sales Executive
, you will be responsible for driving partnerships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers, as well as onboarding customers directly. You will represent Fine Labs in the field, build strong relationships, and ensure consistent revenue growth for the Gurgaon territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales / business development (healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or FMCG preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with local travel within Gurgaon.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers (individuals, clinics, doctors, corporates) for lab test bookings.
- Promote Fine Labs' services and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for the Gurgaon region.
- Educate customers and partners on Fine Labs' value proposition (free home collection, fast reports, trusted labs).
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in diagnostics.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, labs, and operations team for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain daily reports, client visit logs, and share regular updates with the sales manager.
- Participate in local promotional campaigns, medical events, and health camps when required.
