Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform that covers the entire consumer journey from Search & Discovery, Transactions, Mortgages, Home furnishing, Rentals, and Property Management. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Gurgaon. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include visiting potential clients, presenting products and solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales closing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Strong understanding of the proptech industry and market trends
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
