Role Description
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, promoting Knowledge Center's resources and services, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, and staying informed about industry trends to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client prospecting, and closing deals
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with an emphasis on active listening
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships and providing excellent client service
- Knowledge of the construction and design industries or prior experience in a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently while being an active contributor to a larger team
- Proficiency with tools such as CRM software and basic IT platforms for reporting and data management
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage
- Active interest or expertise in sustainable and eco-friendly business practices is highly beneficial
