to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.
Role: Account Manager – Corporate (RBD Business)
We are looking for
young, dynamic professionals
who are passionate about building relationships, delivering outstanding service, and driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of medium to large corporate customers with
 100% focus on retention and growth
 .
- Build strong client relationships through
 daily/regular customer visits
 and consistent engagement.
- Deliver
 best-in-class service
 with 24x7 availability and solution orientation.
- Drive
 cross-selling and upselling
 of DCGpac's portfolio across packaging, procurement solutions, and services.
- Understand client needs, create value propositions, and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, design, finance) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track, report, and achieve growth targets for each assigned customer.
Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience
 in CRM, Account Management, or Key Account Management.
- Graduate from a
 reputed university
 ; MBA/Engineer preferred.
- Pleasing personality, excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Strong
 relationship management & service orientation
 mindset.
- High IQ, self-driven, and ability to operate with speed and precision.
- Proven track record of
 servicing medium to large corporate clients.
- Willingness for frequent customer visits and high availability.
