Job Purpose:

We are looking to onboard a Intern in Demand Generation to support our sales and marketing outreach in the US region. The candidate will assist with database building, account research, and cold outreach support, with the goal of generating leads and contributing to sales pipeline activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in B2B IT sales.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Support lead generation via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.

•    Build, maintain, and clean prospect databases.

•    Conduct research on accounts and contacts to identify key decision-makers.

•    Assist in creating outreach messaging and follow-up sequences.

•    Collaborate with senior sales members on campaign execution.

•    Update CRM and sales tracking tools with lead activity.

•    Learn and adapt to IT services, sales techniques, and market trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

•    Experience: Fresher or 0–1 year in IT Sales / Demand Generation / Cold Calling.

•    Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Technology).

•    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.

•    Shift Readiness: Comfortable working in a shit timing aligned to US business hours.

•    Traits: Energetic, quick learner, proactive, and goal-driven.

•    Tools Exposure: Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Excel is an advantage.

•    Preference: Male candidates preferred due to shift logistics and extended working hours.

Additional Notes:

•    Training and mentorship will be provided during the initial period.

•    Based on performance, internship may convert into a full-time role.

•    Candidate must be comfortable with outbound calling and engaging with US-based professionals.
