About the Role

As an HR & Accounts Executive at V6 Arthgyan LLP, you will manage end-to-end human resources operations along with accounting and compliance responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting employee engagement, payroll, recruitment, and statutory compliances, while also ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reporting. This dual role is critical for maintaining organizational efficiency and smooth functioning across HR and finance.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR):

· Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of employees.

· Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system.

· Oversee payroll processing, salary disbursement, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).

· Support training programs, employee engagement, and performance reviews.

· Draft, update, and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Accounts & Finance:

· Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, ledgers, invoices, and reconciliations.

· Handle accounts payable/receivable and petty cash management.

· Assist financial reporting, and MIS preparation.

· Support audit process and ensure regulatory compliance.

Must-Have Qualifications

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and tax-saving schemes (preferred)

· Proficiency in CRM tools, email, WhatsApp, and video platforms

· Graduate in Commerce/Finance/HR/Business Administration (MBA preferred).

· 1–4 years of relevant experience in HR and Accounts.

· Exposure to financial services sector preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹22,000.00 per month
