Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR-Business Partner located in Moradabad. The HR-Business Partner will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, Recruitment of Field level staff for Bandhan Bank Micro Banking vertical. Additionally, the HR-Business Partner will collaborate with various departments to drive HR initiatives and strategies that align with the bank's goals and values.

  • HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
