Role Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive
Accountant cum HR professional
to manage financial and human resource operations at our Lucknow or Varanasi office. This is a full-time role where you'll handle both accounting processes and HR activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations

Handle payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance

Prepare reports, budgets, and financial statements in coordination with management

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee engagement

Maintain records and support performance reviews and HR policies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and financial regulations

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations

Who Can Apply:

Degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related fields

Experience in accounting and HR operations

Familiarity with accounting tools/software and statutory compliance

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information

Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a growing organization
