As an HR Intern at Augurs Technologies in Lucknow, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and other daily HR operations. The internship typically has a six-month duration and is an on-site role. Key responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Onboarding: Support the new hire process, including orientation and paperwork, to ensure a smooth and organized start for new employees.
  • Employee records: Help maintain and update confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Employee engagement: Get involved in organizing internal HR events and employee engagement programs.
  • HR administration: Provide support for general HR operations, including drafting job descriptions and assisting with employee inquiries.

Eligibility and skillsTo be a strong candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • You must be a final-year student or recent graduate in a related field such as an MBA (HR) or BBA.
  • You should have a strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Essential skills include strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • A solid understanding of HR functions and proficiency with MS Office tools are also important.
  • You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to confidentiality.
