We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with strong expertise in B2B marketing, event management, and LinkedIn-driven brand building. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to position a brand in competitive markets, craft compelling narratives for business audiences, and execute high-impact marketing programs that support revenue, brand visibility, and lead generation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities1. B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement data-driven B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, social, content, webinars, product launches, partnerships, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Work closely with sales teams to align on ICP, messaging, lead handoff, and campaign performance.
  • Build targeted marketing assets such as case studies, pitch decks, solution briefs, blogs, videos, and thought-leadership content.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, audience research, and campaign performance analysis to optimise marketing efforts.
2. Event Management & Execution
  • Plan, organise, and execute high-quality B2B events including conferences, exhibitions, webinars, roundtables, partner events, and internal brand events.
  • Manage end-to-end event planning: concept creation, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, speaker management, registration, audience acquisition, and event-day operations.
  • Build event calendars, ensure timely promotions, and design event marketing campaigns that drive maximum attendance and engagement.
  • Track event leads, measure ROI, and ensure post-event follow-ups with sales and marketing automation teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event materials including booths, collateral, presentations, and digital assets.
3. LinkedIn Marketing & Social Media Management
  • Own the company's LinkedIn presence—content strategy, posting calendar, engagement, and analytics.
  • Create high-quality content tailored for LinkedIn including thought leadership posts, carousels, video snippets, event announcements, customer stories, hiring updates, and industry-relevant content.
  • Run organic and paid campaigns for brand visibility, hiring, product awareness, and lead generation.
  • Engage with industry communities, influencers, and relevant business networks to strengthen brand credibility.
  • Track LinkedIn performance metrics and provide insights to improve content quality and reach.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product, sales, design, and leadership teams to maintain messaging consistency.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, vendors, and event partners as required.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, optimise spends, and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Leverage marketing tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead funnel health, social media metrics, and event ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, event management, and LinkedIn-focused marketing roles.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
  • Expertise in planning and executing digital and physical B2B events.
  • Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, and sales alignment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and social media tools.
  • Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
