Telecaller – Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Role:

To contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions, and maintain good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Generate leads and maintain follow-up with interested clients.
  • Update customer information in the database.
  • Maintain call logs, records, and performance reports.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
  • Coordinate with the sales or marketing team for lead conversion.

Primary Role:

To act as the first point of contact for visitors and handle administrative and front-office support tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
  • Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
  • Handle mail, courier, and deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, typing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Provide information and support to visitors and staff when required.
  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, or other departments for routine office activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
