**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle inquiries, provide information about MAAC’s services, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers through calls.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of client records.
- Assist the HR or other departments in day-to-day operations as needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and effectively.
**Preferred**:
- Previous experience in customer service or telecalling will be a plus.
- Knowledge of the animation, multimedia, or design industry is advantageous.
**Salary and Benefits**:
- Salary up to ₹15,000/month, depending on experience.
