A3 RCM Healthcare Pvt Ltd is hiring Telecallers and Receptionists for our Healthcare and Medical Coding Division. We are looking for energetic and well-spoken professionals to handle student/candidate interactions, front office management, and administrative coordination.

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical coding training and recruitment
  • Explain training programs and placement opportunities to potential candidates
  • Maintain and update call and inquiry records in Excel/CRM
  • Greet and assist walk-in candidates, clients, and visitors at the front desk
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally
  • Coordinate with HR, Training, and Admin departments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area
  • Support day-to-day office operations and scheduling

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate (Life Science background preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email handling)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality
  • Minimum 6 months of work experience in Telecalling, Front Office, or Customer Service roles (preferred)
  • Fresher candidates with good communication skills may also apply
