Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic tele-caller with 0 to 2 years of experience who can effectively communicate with customers and provide support in multiple languages. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, maintaining records, and assisting in customer conversions and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Explains product details, offers, and services clearly to customers.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales and branch teams to ensure a timely response to customer needs.
  • Follow up on leads, appointments, and pending queries.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call or conversion targets as assigned.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to converse fluently in Telugu, English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Polite, confident, and customer-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification:

  • Intermediate / Graduate in any stream.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of customer service Jewellery / Customer Service experience are welcome to apply.
