Tutee Kaksha Academy is a growing educational institute dedicated to helping students achieve academic excellence in board exams, IIT-JEE, NEET, and EAMCET. We provide a friendly and motivating environment for both our students and staff.
Job Description:
We are looking for a young female smart, confident, and friendly Receptionist / Telecaller to be the first point of contact for our academy. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude to handle calls, greet visitors, and support the admission team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information about courses, batches, and admission procedures.
- Maintain student inquiries and follow up regularly.
- Greet visitors, parents, and students with a warm and professional attitude.
- Assist in managing front office operations and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with teaching and administrative staff for daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms).
- Friendly, confident, and well-organized personality.
- Both experienced or freshers can apply.
