**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services and procedures.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Handle billing and basic administrative tasks.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and feedback.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

**Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Female
- **Education**: Minimum HSC/Graduation.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a similar role preferred (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu (or local language).
- Proficient in using computers and basic software (MS Office, clinic management software).
- Polite, patient, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
