Job Responsiblites
- Make outbound calls to potential customers (parents) regarding fee-related queries
- Manage inbound calls and resolve customer concerns, queries, and complaints
- Accurately record customer interactions and updates in the system
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction
- Assist customers in navigating and using Gurukul's software effectively
- Provide troubleshooting support for technical issues over phone
- Submit daily progress and performance reports
Job Type: Full-time
