About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling customer queries over phone calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution. Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory, and Telugu is preferred for regional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues with empathy and accuracy.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to maintain service quality.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
Provide product/service information and assist customers in navigating solutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience in a voice-based customer support role.
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
Telugu proficiency is preferred for regional customer interactions.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
