Brief Job description:

  • Handle both incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers, for inquiries, and provide timely support.
  • Accurately process online orders and coordinate after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain a positive buying experience and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through consistent and professional communication.
  • Assist with logistics by coordinating deliveries, monitoring shipments, and addressing any related concerns.
  • Manage front desk tasks, including welcoming visitors and handling all incoming phone calls.
  • Gather and evaluate customer feedback to spot trends and contribute to ongoing service improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports to provide insights that drive informed business decisions.

Requirements and skills:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Customer Care role.
  • Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
