Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer - Fleet, based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will manage relationships with fleet owners, transport partners, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining client accounts, and driving sales of the platform's solutions to expand Gro's network. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to track financial transactions, provide support to transporters, and contribute to continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
  • Experience in Finance and financial transaction management
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional interaction with stakeholders
  • Background in Sales, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Additional experience in the transport or logistics industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven ability to work on-site and manage clients and operations effectively
