Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing their needs. Daily responsibilities include utilizing customer relationship management systems, participating in sales strategy development, and implementing effective customer solutions. The role also involves analyzing customer data, communicating with internal teams, and supporting project execution to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and experience in maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in Sales and a solid understanding of sales techniques and client retention strategies.
  • Ability to manage and execute projects efficiently with strong Project Management expertise.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Educational background in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
