Job Title: CRM Executive - Sustenance, Documentation & Handover (Real Estate)

Industry: Real Estate

Location: Godrej Garden City, Ahmedabad

Experience: 2+ Years Real Estate CRM Only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer relationships post-booking till handover stage.
  • Coordinate all documentation processes including agreement drafting, registration, and deed preparation.
  • Manage possession / handover formalities, ensure snag list closure and smooth client experience.
  • Prepare and maintain customer MIS, handover trackers, and documentation records.
  • Liaise with banks and legal teams for disbursements, NOCs, and loan documentation.
  • Send demand letters, reminders, and communication mails to customers in a timely manner.
  • Address customer queries related to payments, registration, deed transfer, parking allocation, or other post-sales activities.
  • Work closely with site, finance, and projects teams to ensure timely possession.
  • Conduct handover audits, generate possession kits, and ensure all documentation compliance.

Required Skills:

  • Must have experience only in Real Estate CRM (Sustenance / Handover / Documentation).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP / CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of RERA and real estate documentation process preferred.

Qualification:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (Any stream).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant real estate experience is mandatory.
